Welcome to Parkley Place at Olivia Beach, a premiere vacation rental located in the coastal town of Lincoln City, OregonParkley Place is a newly constructed vacation rental home in the Olivia Beach development that rests just feet from the Pacific Ocean. Nestled in the Nelscott District of Lincoln City, you'll find a quaint coastal town with much of the modern amenities of a big city.Parkley Place was built in 2007 as part of the Olivia Beach community which features a Central Park (w/ beach volleyball and play structure) and Walking Trails as well as Beachfront Access. Also in the works is a Community Clubhouse with Pool and Game Room with a completion date still to be determined. Even though parts of Olivia Beach are still under construction, it has already won critical acclaim for it's "new urbanism" approach to building and is at the forefront for creating timeless communities that inspire conversation and interaction between vacationing families.
